Join our fast-paced and driven Business Development team!
We’re seeking a motivated, coachable, and ambitious individual who thrives on achieving goals and is available to work in our London office regularly.
Primary Objectives:
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
- Achieve monthly quotas of Introduction Meetings held.
- Meet or exceed activity metrics for managing inbound Leads.
- Position the value proposition of the Cority solution and communicate key information regarding solutions and delivery of our products to key personas in target accounts.
- Leverage MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies to ensure strong qualification of a prospect’s needs and requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Independently execute inbound and outbound sales & marketing campaigns.
- Research information about prospective customers and market trends.
- Generate high-quality leads for Account Executives to consistently fuel a multi-million dollar pipeline.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results.
- Travel to events and conferences may be required, as well as occasional out of-hours work to cover multiple time zones.
- Report on any new market trends that may provide additional insight to sales and marketing to build out messaging for targeted audiences.
Qualifications and Characteristics of an Ideal Candidate:
- Undergraduate degree (3+ years) in marketing, business, or sales.
- Experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B, preferably in software.
- Independence and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English (Arabic and/or German as a second business language is a bonus).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to navigate corporate structures and identify decision makers.
- Knowledge of sales technology stack including Salesforce, Sales Loft, ZoomInfo, and AI tools desirable.
