We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Dutch speaking Business Development Representative to join our team.
As a BDR at Sabio, you will play a vital role in our sales and growth efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients through various lead generation techniques, including marketing campaigns, data gathering, and outbound phone calls. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Utilize marketing campaigns, online research, and other lead generation methods to identify and qualify potential clients within the target market.
- Data Gathering: Research and gather information on prospects, including their needs, challenges, and key decision-makers. Mostly focused on the largest companies, across Financial Service and Retail in the UK.
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound phone calls to prospects to introduce our company, identify their pain points, and assess their interest in our products/services.
- Qualification: Qualify leads by evaluating their potential as clients based on predefined criteria, and categorize them accordingly.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with leads through effective communication and follow-up, ensuring they are engaged and well-informed about our offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring that all necessary information is passed along.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system, providing regular reports to the sales and management teams.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure a consistent lead generation process.
- Marketing actions include; setting up lead generating events locally together with the global and local team. And follow up these events for meeting creation.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in Dutch is a must, this role will have frequent communication with stakeholders in The Netherlands.
- Previous experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and quotas.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Able to be self-motivating and able to thrive under pressure.
- Time management and organisational skills.
