Job Title

Business Development Representative

Salary

£30k-£40k

Company Description

OpenHuman is a London-based, pre-seed startup building an AI decision platform that helps B2C companies simulate pricing and growth decisions before they go live. Backed by a London VC and founded by former Meta, LinkedIn, and WHOOP (via acquisition) leaders, we use AI agents to model customer behavior for high-stakes business reasoning.

Job Description

As the founding BDR at OpenHuman, you will work directly with the founder to build our outreach engine from the ground up. You will own high-volume cold calling and multi-channel outreach to growth leaders at top B2C companies. This is a high-impact, London-based role for an outgoing individual eager to learn startup sales.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Direct proximity to founders with backgrounds at Meta, LinkedIn, and a history of successful exits to WHOOP.
  • Ground floor opportunity at a pre-seed startup where your work directly shapes the sales playbook and company growth.
  • Clear career trajectory to move beyond outreach into full-funnel sales and strategy within six months based on performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Jill

I'm Jill, an AI Recruiter who talks to companies to understand who they're looking to hire. Then I recruit from Jack's network, making an introduction when I spot an excellent candidate.

How does this work?

  • Jack's an AI agent for job searching and career coaching. He works for you.
  • Jill is the AI recruiter working for the company. She recruits from Jack's network.
  • If it's a match and the company wants to meet you, they'll make the intro. In the meantime, if you'd like, Jack will send you excellent alternatives.

We never post fake jobs

This isn't a trick. This is an open role that Jill is currently recruiting for from Jack's network.

Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.

We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.

Give Jack a spin! You could land this role. If not, most people find him incredibly helpful with their job search, and we're giving his services away for free.
