While we welcome applications from everywhere, please note that at this stage we are prioritizing candidates who are already based in the London area and eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. We are Bambuser, and we are reshaping commerce In B2B today, attention is hard to earn. Retail and e-commerce leaders are constantly flooded with cold outreach, generic SaaS messaging, and tools all promising growth. Most of it gets ignored. The people who succeed in outbound today are the ones who know how to spark curiosity and earn attention. That’s where you come in. ✨ We operate in Video Commerce, helping over 250 of the world’s most iconic brands (LVMH, Audi, Sisley Paris, Sephora, Benefit, Decathlon, Sonos) adapt to the new way people want to shop online. People no longer want to browse through endless static grids of products. They want to see, ask, and buy because they trust what they’re seeing. That evolution is happening through video, and that’s exactly what we help brands bring into their online shopping experiences. As a Business Development Representative at Bambuser, your role is to help leading brands adapt to the future shoppers already expect. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
