Summary

PropertyLoop's Growth team is the power behind our market expansion. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving leads and new business for our Agent Teams to help them grow their businesses.

In its simplest form, the Business Development Representatives' role is to perform outbound calls to our landlords and educate them on the benefits and USPs of PropertyLoop. Successful Business Development Representatives help PropertyLoop Agents by scheduling qualified landlord meetings and nurturing the relationship all the way to instruction.

Key Requirements

  • Through inbound and outbound efforts, you generate new business opportunities for our sales pipeline
  • Contact prospective landlords directly via cold calls, texts, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, etc.
  • Establish qualified opportunities in your target market by clearly articulating our value proposition and handling objections
  • You will develop successful prospecting strategies by working closely with Growth Managers and Team Leaders.
  • Maintain flawless data management by documenting all activities within our CRM
  • Create creative follow-up communications to engage new and existing leads
  • Through innovative thinking, collaborate cross-functionally to create processes and refine existing ones
  • Contribute to the success of each agent's sales process as part of a high-performance team
  • Excellent computer skills i.e. CRM systems and phone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects easily
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection as well as handle tough calls

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers and booking appointments for our agent teams. Your focus will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. We are looking for someone who is articulate, well-spoken, and confident in their ability to communicate effectively with potential customers.
