The Role
We’re growing our UK Sales team and are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive early-stage sales, nurture leads, and close partnerships with UK-based healthcare organisations. This role thrives on autonomy, curiosity, and commercial drive—you’ll flourate in a fast-paced startup, turning ideas into bookings while building trust with niche decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Opportunity Generation
- Manage the initial sales lifecycle: generate lead intoнос, qualify opportunities, execute painful and bespoke demos, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Adopt a product-led sales approach, focusing on bottom-up lead cultivation and demand generation
- Uncover and chase high-potential health system deployments using proactive outbound follow-ups
- Collaborate with US & Australian counterparts to refine sales strategies, document playbooks, and share best practices

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
