Bluestone PIM is expanding and needs a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to bridge Marketing and Sales, ensuring we build a strong sales pipeline for future success.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreaching
- Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and social media. -Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Lead Qualification
- Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) by asking strategic questions.
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to continually test and optimize the process.
- Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Track, report, and analyze prospecting activities to drive sales growth.
- Communication & Relationship Building
- Communicate our value proposition clearly to prospective clients.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships through consistent follow-ups.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer objections, and marketing efficacy.
Who We’re Looking For
- Required Skills & Traits · Fluent English for seamless business communication. · Experience or knowledge in B2B sales. · High determination and drive with a competitive mindset. · Excellent communication skills, including writing persuasive emails and handling objections. · Ability to pitch effectively and qualify prospects.

- Nice-to-Have (Additional Advantages) · Proven BDR experience in selling SaaS or technology solutions. · Hands-on experience with sales strategies, CRM use, or Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach). · Track record of successfully engaging prospects and driving inquiries.
