Your Impact

Are you passionate about helping businesses thrive through innovative technology? We're looking for an enthusiastic sales professional to join our vibrant team, connecting ambitious companies with game-changing ERP solutions.

Reporting to the BDR Team Lead, you'll be at the forefront of introducing cutting-edge software solutions to businesses in the wholesale, distribution & merchant sectors. This isn't just any sales role – you'll be helping companies revolutionise their operations and achieve their full potential.

What you’ll do

  • Take the lead in building valuable relationships through confident telephone conversations, strategic LinkedIn networking, and engaging email campaigns
  • Become a detective of opportunity – researching and identifying promising businesses that could benefit from our transformative solutions
  • Partner with our talented marketing team to turn campaigns into conversations and conversations into appointments
  • Master our innovative software platform, becoming an expert who can speak confidently about how it solves real business challenges
  • Be our eyes and ears in the market, gathering valuable intelligence about industry trends and competitor movements
  • Represent us at select trade shows throughout the year

What you’ll Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a BDR role, ideally within a software sales environment, although we are open to candidates with BDR experience from other sectors
  • A track record of successful outbound telephone engagement
  • Sharp digital skills and the ability to quickly master new technology
  • A keen ear for listening and understanding client needs
  • Impeccable organisation skills that keep you one step ahead
  • The confidence to turn conversations into opportunities
  • A resilient spirit and can-do attitude that turns challenges into victories
