Job Title: Business Development Representative (Construction Tech SaaS)
Salary: £35,000 Basic + £30,000 OTE
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days in office, Northern Quarter)

Opportunity:
We’re hiring one BDR to join the UK team, currently made up of a Head of Sales, 1 AE, and 1 BDR.
You’ll be focused on outbound pipeline creation, targeting construction companies ranging from £20M to £2B in revenue. The role includes on-site exposure to better understand the product and plenty of face time with leadership for ongoing development.
You’ll be supported with a solid tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo) and encouraged to try bold, tailored outbound strategies that actually cut through.
Your Role:
- Prospect into mid-market and enterprise construction businesses across the UK and Europe
- Use a multi-channel outbound approach — phone, email, campaigns — with support from the team
- Adapt your outreach to a wide variety of buyer personas: site managers, IT leaders, project directors, MDs
- Spend time on-site to fully understand what you’re selling
- Join group sessions, team call blitzes, and receive 1:1 coaching
