Business Development Representative (BDR) - UK
About the Role
Xeretec is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growing sales team in the UK. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B SaaS sales while developing strong foundational skills in prospecting, qualification, and pipeline generation.

You will partner closely with Account Managers and marketing teams to generate high-quality sales opportunities and contribute directly to pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Establish rapport and trust via phone to learn about customers' needs and recommend relevant products
- Set qualified meetings within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), following best practices and standard procedures
- Achieve metrics by following processes using communication tools such as:
- Phone
- Stimulate cyber offerings interest using a best-practices approach, focusing on Xeretec’s Value Proposition
- Identify new accounts by researching and qualifying them via LinkedIn and other methods, providing detailed notes in our CRM system
- Answer client questions with:
- Integrity
- Professionalism
- Expert understanding
- Continuously improve:
- Cold calling skills
- Messaging tactics
- Pipeline management skills
- Best-practices
- Company training
- Feedback
- Complete tasks and respond to inbound inquiries promptly
- Document all interactions and prospecting efforts in CRM, maintaining good data hygiene
