Business Development Representative (BDR) | SaaS
£45,000 - £50,000 + OTE
North London - Hybrid (2x day a week)
I’m working with a leading SaaS organisation that’s looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to play a key role in driving new business growth. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing teams to generate demand, qualify opportunities, and help build a strong pipeline for the business.

Role Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality prospects through a mix of inbound and outbound outreach
- Execute targeted multi-channel campaigns to generate demand and increase lead conversion
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities and consistent messaging
- Share insights and feedback from campaigns and prospect conversations to help refine marketing strategies and improve performance

Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to support or deliver lead generation campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth
- Highly results-driven with a proactive mindset and focus on achieving or exceeding targets
- Proven experience in a similar new business role
- Experience working within a SaaS/Software solution provider
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally and share insights across teams
