Business Development Representative (Construction Tech SaaS)
– Construction SaaS | PE-Backed | Strategic Outbound | Direct Mentorship | International Travel
Salary: £35,000 basic + £20,000 OTE Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days in office, Deansgate)

The Opportunity
We’re hiring one Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the UK team, currently comprising:
- Head of Sales
- 1 Account Executive (AE)
- 1 BDR
Your Role at a Glance
- Focus on outbound pipeline creation, targeting construction companies ranging from £20M to £2B in revenue.
- On-site exposure to understand the product and face time with leadership for ongoing development.
- Supported by robust tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo) and encouraged to test bold, tailored outbound strategies.
- Join growth initiatives like group sessions, team call blitzes, and receive 1:1 coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect into mid-market and enterprise construction businesses across the UK and Europe.
- Utilise a multi-channel outbound approach (phone, email, campaigns) with team support.
- Adapt outreach to diverse buyer personas—site managers, IT leaders, project directors, MDs.
- Spend time on-site to fully understand what’s being sold.
- Participate in weekly learning sessions, team outreach calls, and direct mentorship.

- A curious, self-starting mindset—interesting questions and problem-solving agility.
- Strong discipline and follow-through.
- Bonus if this comes from experience in competitive sports, travel, or any passion project that shows ambition.
