Job Opportunity: Business Development Representative

We're working with a world-leading trade mark service provider in their search for a Business Development Representative to join their growing sales team. This role is ideal for a trade mark paralegal, formalities officer, or records clerk with a few years' experience who's ready for a career change into a commercial, client-facing environment.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients
  • Build relationships with law firms and in-house trade mark teams
  • Use your industry knowledge to demonstrate how our services solve real problems for trade mark professionals

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in a trade mark role (paralegal, formalities, or records)
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Ambition to build a career in sales — no prior sales experience required
