π BDR | Help Build the Future of Finance
Retire the ERP.
We're building the financial platform replacing legacy ERPs.
Light automates accounting, reporting and financial operations for modern global businesses, giving finance teams real-time visibility without the chaos of disconnected systems.
Already trusted by companies like Lovable, Legora and Keyshot, we're growing fast and building an entirely new category of software. Backed by world-class investors, we're looking for ambitious people who want to build something that matters.
The Role
This isn't a "book meetings forever" BDR role.
You'll own outbound, generate pipeline, partner closely with Account Executives and gain exposure to the full sales cycle. We want to develop future AEs, not career BDRs.
You'll Be:
- π― Prospecting through phone, email and LinkedIn
- π Speaking with Finance Leaders, CFOs and C-suite executives
- π€ Booking high-quality meetings that convert into revenue
- π‘ Creating personalised outreach that actually gets replies
- π Working alongside experienced AEs and learning how complex deals are won
- π€ Using AI and modern sales tools to work smarter, not harder
We're Looking For
You Might Have:
- 1+ year as a SaaS BDR or 2-3 years in a high-performing outbound sales role
- A track record of smashing targets and building pipeline
- Confidence on the phone (you actually enjoy cold calling)
- A curious, resilient, competitive mindset
- A genuine interest in startups, technology and AI

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
