Business Development Representative (BDR) – Felicity AI Front Desk
Job Summary
We’re seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Business Development Representative to help launch Felicity’s AI front desk in the UK market. This role isn’t just lead generation—it’s full-cycle sales, market education, and pipeline ownership as the company scales.
You’ll be front and centre in expanding the company’s reach, educating agents on AI-driven efficiencies, and transitioning into demos, closings, and strategic feedback to the founding team. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and love sanding brand-new solutions to market, this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Pipeline Development:
- Own the entire outbound sales funnel, including:
- Cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn, WhatsApp outreach)
- Identifying and nurturing qualified leads for estate and letting agents
- Building a high-volume pipeline of sales-ready opportunities

Market Education & Awareness:
- Educate UK residential property businesses on the benefits of AI-driven lead qualification and automated communication
- Highlight how Felicity reduces manual work, increases conversions, and books viewings autonomously

Lead Management & Handoffs:
- Track and nurture leads within the CRM, ensuring seamless transitions to sales teams
- Qualify inbound enquiries and book discovery calls

Sales & Closing:
- Gradually take product demos to market as you deepen your understanding of industry pain points
- Source deals directly by delivering high-impact pitches and handling objections

Networking & Brand Ambassadorship:
- Represent Felicity at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Build brand credibility through content creation, thought leadership, and client advocacy

Strategic Insights & Product Shape:
- Provide feedback from client conversations to influence the product roadmap and sales strategy
Requirements
Essential
- 2+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities through:
- Cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach
- Networking, prospect research, and candidate identification
- Self-driven with strong ownership mindset—ability to hit targets without constant oversight
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (you’ll engage with business owners, agents, and senior leaders)
- Expertise in booking qualified meetings and managing prospects from enquiry to proposal stage
- Confidence in presenting products and conducting discovery calls or key account meetings
- Thrives in a high-pressure, commission-driven, early-stage environment

Technical & Strategic Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Drift, Lemlist, Apio) and propecting platforms (Lusha, Apollo)
- Ability to learn fast—PropTech, SaaS, and AI sales cycles are unique, and adaptability is critical
Personality & Mindset
