Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Opportunity
You'll join a growing London sales team, working alongside experienced sales leaders, founders and Account Executives.
- This is a predominantly outbound role focused on generating pipeline across mid-market organisations through thoughtful, multi-channel prospecting.
- You'll target senior finance and commercial decision-makers, combining research, creativity and persistence to build meaningful conversations rather than relying on high-volume outreach alone.
- As one of the early members of the commercial team, you'll also have the opportunity to influence messaging, test new outbound strategies and contribute to how the sales function scales over the coming years.
Your Role
- Research, identify and engage decision-makers across mid-market organisations
- Build personalised outbound campaigns across email, phone and LinkedIn
- Generate qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting
- Book high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting and outbound strategy
- Use modern GTM technology to manage activity and maximise productivity
- Attend customer events and industry conferences to generate new business opportunities
- Continuously test, learn and improve your outbound performance

What You Bring
- Experience in an SDR/BDR or other high-performance sales environment
- Strong work ethic and genuine ambition to build a successful sales career
- Resilience and confidence working in a fast-paced startup
- Curiosity, coachability and a desire to continuously improve
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of your success
