As a Business Development Representative
You're good at opening doors. You know how to start conversations, ask the right questions, and turn curiosity into genuine opportunities. Now you're looking for somewhere that trusts you to do it your way.
As a Business Development Representative, you'll focus on building pipeline across the UK, introducing organisations to Salesforce consulting solutions that solve real business challenges. You'll have ownership of your patch, the freedom to shape your approach, and the backing of a team that values quality conversations over simply hitting activity numbers.
If you want to deepen your Salesforce expertise, work with recognised technology partners, and join a business that's expanding with clear opportunities to progress, this is a role where your ambition will be rewarded.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client helps organisations get more value from their customer relationships by designing and building technology that makes sales, service and day-to-day operations work more smoothly. It's an exciting place for people who enjoy solving real business problems, working across different industries and creating solutions that have a visible impact on how companies grow and connect with their customers.
They're also a great place to work. Whether you're wanting to progress your career further with structured training and coaching, work somewhere that cares more about your results than simply your hours, or boost your earning potential with a generous commission scheme, they offer a whole host of benefits to improve your work and home life.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
