Build pipeline, spark conversations and create opportunities that drive growth
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Demand Generation team, playing a key role in driving pipeline growth across our business.
This is a high-impact, target-driven role where you will generate and qualify new opportunities through a blend of inbound and outbound activity, helping convert marketing engagement into meaningful commercial outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Service teams, you will ensure a consistent, high-quality approach to lead generation and pipeline development.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from our Watford office at least twice a month.
What you’ll be doing
You will focus on building, qualifying and nurturing pipeline, ensuring a strong flow of high-quality opportunities into the sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, qualifying and nurturing leads through targeted inbound and outbound activity
- Executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, email and outreach channels to drive engagement
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Service teams to ensure strong alignment on messaging, lead quality and conversion
- Providing insight and feedback on campaign performance to support continuous improvement

You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in demand generation or business development within a B2B environment
- Experience within HR, payroll or enterprise software environments
- A strong understanding of multi-channel campaigns and lead nurturing approaches
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
