About us

We are a company made up of people who enjoy coming to work and solving problems together. Our culture is built around our core values of teamwork and communication, respect and trust, flexibility, challenge and achievement, and innovation and dependability.

We pride ourselves on being collaborative, supportive, and ambitious. As a growing RegTech business, we give our people the opportunity to take ownership early, learn quickly, and shape their own career paths.

The role

We are looking for a motivated, curious and driven graduate to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a strong foundation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and introducing TAINA’s solutions. You will work closely with senior members of the team and gain hands-on experience across business development, client engagement and market exposure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
