Business Development Representative
Yibi Precision is looking for a Business Development Representative to support our international growth in precision manufacturing and Metal Injection Molding (MIM) solutions. This role will focus on identifying potential customers, developing new business opportunities, and supporting early-stage communication with industrial and technology-driven clients. The ideal candidate should be commercially minded, proactive, and interested in advanced manufacturing, precision metal components, and global B2B business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers in industries such as locks and security systems, power tools, consumer electronics, automotive components, medical devices, and industrial precision parts.
- Support outbound business development activities through LinkedIn, email, industry databases, and market research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects for Yibi Precision’s MIM and precision metal component solutions.
- Assist in preparing customer background research, business development notes, and initial communication materials.
- Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to understand customer needs and match them with suitable manufacturing capabilities.
- Support follow-up communication with potential customers and help coordinate early-stage project discussions.
- Track market trends, customer activity, and potential application opportunities in precision manufacturing.
- Represent Yibi Precision professionally in initial customer-facing communication.

Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Experience or strong interest in B2B sales, business development, industrial products, manufacturing, engineering services, or international trade.
- Good research ability and the ability to identify relevant companies, contacts, and business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive working style.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, databases, or online research platforms for business development.
- Interest in precision manufacturing, MIM, metal components, industrial applications, or technology-driven products.
- Able to work independently and follow up on multiple leads or opportunities at the same time.

Preferred but not required
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial components, automotive, electronics, tools, locks, medical devices, or related B2B industries.
- Experience with international business development or overseas customer communication.
- Knowledge of Metal Injection Molding, CNC machining, powder metallurgy, or precision metal parts is a plus.
- English communication ability is required; additional European languages are a plus.
