About JustTip
JustTip is a digital platform for tipping, payments, and tax management, built for hospitality businesses and their payment providers. We tackle the growing complexity of gratuity handling in a cashless, regulation-driven market.
New UK and EU regulations now mandate full transparency and compliance around tips and service charges, with liabilities of up to Β£5,000 per employee β making opaque, manual processes obsolete. Our platform automates the collection, distribution, and reporting of tips and service charges, reducing payroll tax liabilities, ensuring legal compliance, and helping improve staff retention.
With 380% YoY growth, we already support 25,000+ staff across 1,000+ businesses and are integrating into payment systems through our partners. We're targeting a Β£63BN tipping economy that's being rapidly reshaped by regulation and digital payments β and we're now looking for a high-impact BDR to join us in London and accelerate our growth across the UK and Europe.
The Role
As a BDR, you'll be on the front line of our growth β driving qualified opportunities into the pipeline, researching leads, and engaging decision-makers across the hospitality, leisure, and service industries.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
