Department: Sales
Location: London, UK
Description
Note: This position is hybrid. Candidates should be based in the Greater London, UK area.
CFRA is one of the best known global independent research providers. We provide in-depth equity, mutual fund, and ETF analysis, which helps wealth managers make informed investment decisions and stay ahead of market trends.
In this role, you would identify new CFRA clients by proactively researching firms, determining the “hook” to create interest, and then targeting contacts using a combination of technology, phone calls, and social media.
We invest a great deal of effort in onboarding and training our BDRs, for this position is critical to our growth. Our BDRs are often the first point of contact for prospective customers. Over time, they have the opportunity to become our future salespeople.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
