Hiring Four Business Development Representatives
I am hiring four Business Development Representatives for a company selling Agentic AI technology. This company has just raised Series A, has 50 people in total and is growing fast. They sell customer service agents into companies like OCS, OVO energy, Octopus Energy that answer calls, reply to emails and WhatsApps, make bookings, take payments, and operate the CRM system in the same way a human would.
They already have a Business Development team of 3 and the current BDRs are all exceeding their targets and are on their way to becoming Account Executives.
Why Should You Apply?
L - Leadership Calibre
- The Founder of this company is a super inspiring female who got the company to £1Million ARR through founder-led selling in the first year.
- She is obsessed with her customers and even trained in the industry that they sell into so she could understand the problem they solve.
- She has a winning mindset, is often found speaking at industry events, and leads with solutions, never problems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
