Job Description
As a Business Development Representative at Airtable's EMEA headquarters, you will drive growth by generating qualified enterprise pipeline across UK/I and Northern Europe. Partnering with Strategic Account Executives, you’ll leverage proprietary AI agents to personalize outreach and run discovery, shaping how global organizations rethink operational scale with no-code software.

What You Will Do
- Generate qualified enterprise pipeline through inbound follow-up and strategic outbound prospecting across UK, Ireland, and Northern European markets.
- Partner with Strategic Account Executives to execute territory planning, account prioritization, and highly personalized multi-channel outreach strategies.
- Conduct deep discovery and qualification conversations to identify customer pain points and articulate how Airtable’s platform solves complex operational challenges.
The ideal candidate
- Has 1 to 3 years of outbound sales experience with a track record of building pipeline and running discovery for complex accounts.
- Possesses an "AI-fluent" mindset, actively leveraging AI tools in their workflow and demonstrating a curiosity to master proprietary agentic software selling.
- Exhibits exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders and rethinking traditional business processes for enterprise prospects.
