Job Description
As the first Business Development Representative in London, you will own the top-of-funnel pipeline for a high-growth AI company. You will research accounts, build target lists, and book meetings with C-suite executives at global enterprises. This is a builder role where you will design and optimize outbound workflows from scratch.

What You Will Do
- Identify and research high-value accounts to build strategic target lists for outreach to C-suite and VP-level decision-makers.
- Execute creative outbound campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on unconventional touches that secure replies from enterprise leaders.
- Continuously improve the outbound engine by designing and implementing automated, AI-assisted workflows to drive higher efficiency and conversion.

The ideal candidate
- Possesses 1-2 years of outbound B2B experience, ideally within the enterprise SaaS or artificial intelligence sectors.
- Demonstrates exceptional grit and creative resourcefulness with a proven track record of building sales processes from the ground up.
- Maintains high professional credibility and the communication skills necessary to engage effectively with executives at the world's largest companies.
