This high-performance role focuses on opening doors at major brands through aggressive cold calling. You will engage senior stakeholders in marketing and creative studios, creating pipeline momentum from scratch. As a core member of the sales team, you will drive growth by qualifying enterprise opportunities and managing the early sales cycle.

What You Will Do
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling to book meetings with senior marketing and brand stakeholders.
- Manage and qualify a robust pipeline of mid-market and enterprise leads through persistent LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition high-quality opportunities and align on strategic target accounts.

The ideal candidate
- Proven track record in high-volume cold calling with the ability to handle objections from senior decision-makers.
- Experience in the creative recruitment, marketing tech, or freelance marketplace sector is highly advantageous.
- Highly disciplined with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and comfortable using sales intelligence platforms like Gong and Lusha.
