Business Development Representative (BDR) - DL required

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage potential SME clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales teams

Customer Engagement

  • Initiate conversations with decision-makers to understand their shipping needs and challenges

Training & Development

  • Take part in a structured 12-month development programme covering sales fundamentals, prospecting techniques, negotiation, and market positioning
  • Learn through a mix of classroom training, shadowing, and hands-on coaching

  • Work closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities into long-term clients
  • Develop into a full sales cycle role, with clear progression into Account Management or closing positions
