The Opportunity

Cority is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to:

  • Lead a BDR team across EMEA and ANZ
  • Scale outbound efforts with a high-quality pipeline for Cority’s entire product suite
  • Based in central London with regular in-office presence for teamwork, collaboration, and performance culture development

Reporting to: VP, Sales Development

Key Focus: Coaching & Scaling a High-Performance Team

You will align the BDR motion with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, ensuring outbound and inbound motions are data-driven, scalable, and market-adaptable.


What You’ll Do

Lead and Develop the Team

  • Partner with the Talent team to attract, onboard, and retain a high-performing, diverse BDR team
  • Build a structured coaching framework focusing on:
    • Business acumen (e.g., discovery, qualification, objection handling, multi-threading, value selling)
    • Preparedness for eventual Account Executive or sales leadership roles
  • Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skill-development sessions
  • Define clear career pathways within a feedback-driven culture

Own the Strategy Across EMEA & ANZ

  • Execute a market-specific BDR strategy, considering:
    • Regional workflows, cultural contexts, language barriers, and time-zone challenges
    • Territory planning for effective account coverage
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and lead conversion
  • Monitor performance with CRM, engagement tools, and analytics to enhance forecasting

Drive Collaboration & Culture

  • Strengthen ties between BDRs, AE’s, Sales Leadership, Marketing & Revenue Operations
  • Drive knowledge-sharing across regions to ensure best practices propagate
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing-to-Sales handoffs
  • Represent BDR needs to senior leadership

Build for Scale

  • Develop repeatable, scalable processes for EMEA/ANZ markets
  • Optimise tech stack with Revenue Operations (e.g., CRM, reporting, metrics)
  • Inform future product-market strategy through development collaboration

What You Bring

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership in a business development/SDR team—preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or high-complexity industries
  • Regulated markets experience (EMEA or ANZ) is a big plus
  • Coaching-first mindset with a track record of growing reps into closing or leadership roles
  • Hands-on sales acumen—understanding value-based selling and ability to cultivate it within teams
  • Data-driven mindset (CRM, sales tools, forecasting, analytics)
  • Customer-centric mentality for sales in multi-product environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
  • Growth mindset, adaptability across multiple time zones, and resilience
