🚀 Business Development Representative (BDR) | SaaS
£45,000 - £50,000 + OTE | Hybrid (Watford – 2 days per week)

I’m working with a leading SaaS organisation that is looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities and playing a key role in driving business growth.
You’ll be joining a collaborative sales and marketing environment where you’ll be responsible for generating demand, qualifying opportunities and helping build a strong sales pipeline.
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Drive pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying and nurturing high-quality prospects through a combination of inbound and outbound activity
- Execute targeted multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn and other channels to generate demand and increase conversion
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities and consistent messaging
- Engage with prospects to understand their challenges, identify opportunities and create meaningful conversations
- Provide valuable market insights and feedback from prospect interactions to help improve campaigns and commercial performance

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in a BDR, SDR, Sales Development or similar new business role
- Has experience supporting or delivering lead generation campaigns that contribute towards pipeline growth
- Is highly target-driven, motivated and enjoys working towards measurable goals
- Has experience working within a SaaS, software or technology environment
- Is confident engaging with prospects and building relationships across different levels of an organisation
- Enjoys working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to achieve shared objectives
