General Responsibilities
As a BDR you will report to Business Development Manager and be responsible for identifying new leads and prospective clients, you will be using different communication methods such as cold calling, emailing, and networking at events to generate leads and cultivate lasting relationships, so written and verbal communication is a must. What you do will have a direct influence on new business development and assist in growing the company.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients at networking events and online, they will be proactive and a self-starter ensuring all targets are met each month reporting progress to manager. They should also be highly organized and be able to balance a busy schedule of internal and client meetings. The ability to efficiently use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with workflow is also a plus.
