Business Development Representative at ProFinda

Job Overview
The BDR occupies a mission critical role at ProFinda. You are typically the first person to interact with any company new to investigating our revolutionary technology. As such, you would set the tone for that new company’s journey with ProFinda. ProFinda needs you to be positive, energetic, authentic and credible in your outreach and communications.
ProFinda will prepare you with the necessary industry and product knowledge as well as the necessary sales skills to generate new leads and qualify them against our ideal customer profile and buying intent in order to transition appropriately into the sales pipeline. You will work in a highly collaborative, professional and enjoyable culture where everyone wants you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify outbound lead generation targets using ProFinda’s sales tools through strategy sessions with Account Executives
- Prioritize targets based on criteria agreed upon with the sales staff taking into account industry trends and territory needs
- Initiate contact with new leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media and events
- Qualify leads that fall into ProFinda’s Ideal Customer Profile using standard BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Keep up to date with ProFinda’s competitive landscape
- Articulate ProFinda’s value proposition and unique selling proposition in a clear, concise and credible manner
- Foster brand awareness
- Achieve lead generation quotas as set by management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Integrity, integrity and more integrity
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to engage at all levels of a prospect’s organization
- Sound research and social/professional media skills
- Sharp organizational and time management skills
- Experience with B2B software organzations a plus
- Experience with SaaS software organzations a plus
