Who We Are:
We believe in a world where research never sleeps.
Most companies struggle to understand their customers. Not because they don't try, but because market research can be siloed, slow, and incomplete.
Discuss is changing that.
Our mission is to elevate human understanding at scale by building the always-on solution that transforms market research, making it continuous and intelligent while keeping humans at the center.
We’ve built a comprehensive, innovative, set of AI-driven solutions that have made us one of two companies named a Leader in the Forrester Wave Q1 2026 Experience Research Platforms Report. Discuss has earned top rankings by G2 for Best Results, Customer Relationships, Usability, and more for 14 consecutive quarters. We’re not slowing down any time soon.
In the age of AI, scaling empathy without losing human understanding matters. Solving this problem makes what we do every day both interesting and rewarding. Our team believes in doing the right thing, even when it's inconvenient. We build tools that customers love because we listen to them. We believe in transparency and we own the results together.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
