## **About the Role: Enterprise Business Development Representative**
Think of yourself as the **spark that ignites HiBob’s journey** for our enterprise customers. As an **Enterprise Business Development Representative**, you’ll:
- **Expand enterprise pipeline growth** across **named accounts in Central & Eastern Europe**.
- Focus on **organisations with 1,000+ employees**, crafting tailored outreach strategies for complex buying environments.
- Collaborate closely with **Enterprise Account Executives** to develop territory plans, map stakeholders, and engage with senior decision-makers.
- Be a crucial player in scaling HiBob’s presence across this region.

Key Requirements
- Language fluency: English is mandatory, plus one additional Central & Eastern European (CEE) language (preferably Polish, Ukrainian, Hebrew, or Russian).
Job Responsibilities
Driving Enterprise Pipeline in Central & Eastern Europe
- Identify and uncover new business opportunities for HiBob’s HRIS solution.
- Generate high-quality, qualified outbound pipeline for enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees).
- Execute structured, account-based outreach aligned with territory priorities.
- Build real relationships with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations stakeholders, securing meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.
Strategising for Success
- Conduct thorough account research to assess organisational structure, growth plans, and transformation initiatives.
- Map buying groups, key decision-makers, and influencers.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to develop creative outreach campaigns and execute winning strategies.
- Develop tailored engagement approaches based on account research and territory alignment.
Multi-Channel Outreach
- Prospective engagement through phone, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns.
- Craft personalised, industry-specific messaging aligned with client priorities.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence in longer enterprise sales cycles.
- Adapt communication strategies based on stakeholder feedback and account maturity.
Using Tools for Efficiency
- Utilise HiBob’s state-of-the-art sales tech to identify in-market enterprise accounts.
- Streamline outreach while ensuring personalised and strategic engagement.
