About the Role
A growing UK health tech company has spent the last three years developing a product that is already relied upon by users. Now, as they prepare for a Series A funding round, they’re scaling up for exponential growth—starting with expansion into Germany.
They’re hiring a German-speaking Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel sales and lead this international push. Your role will focus on:
- Researching and identifying target accounts for engagement
- Running structured outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and social media
- Qualifying prospects effectively
- Securing real meeting opportunities that close into opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume outbound sales initiatives in B2B lead generation and early-stage prospecting.
- Maintain and grow a robust prospect pipeline using CRM-based strategies.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to ** qualify leads** and connect target accounts with the right stakeholders.
- Leverage communication platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to expand the sales funnel at scale.
- Feed all insights back into enhancement of the team's outreach strategies.

Requirements
Essential
- Fluent English & German (spoken + written).
- 1-2 years of experience in:
- B2B lead generation (outbound sales)
- Inside sales / sales development roles
- Technical confidence in high-volume outreach, including:
- Phone outreach
- LinkedIn prospecting
- CRM proficiency (currently HubSpot).
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in ** Healthtech / Medtech** or adjacent sectors.
- Previous work in B2B sales for the NHS (e.g., engaging with ICBs, Local Authorities, PCNs, Providers).
- Experience in both B2C & B2B customer engagement strategies.
