About Prospect Finder
Prospect Finder connects people seeking professional financial advice with a trusted network of FCA-regulated financial advisers across the UK.
We're growing and are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team. Unlike many outbound sales roles, you'll be speaking with people who have already expressed an interest in financial advice through our marketing campaigns. Your role is to engage those prospects, understand their circumstances, and book qualified appointments with our network of FCA-regulated financial advisers. If you're motivated by targets, enjoy speaking with people, and want to earn uncapped commission while working remotely, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for contacting prospective clients who have already engaged with our marketing and requested more information.
Your role is to qualify each opportunity, build rapport, and arrange appointments for our adviser network. This is a high-performance, outbound telephone role. Successful team members are comfortable speaking with people throughout the day, consistently achieving activity targets, and managing follow-up conversations to maximize appointment bookings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
