Job Description
As a French-speaking BDR in London, you will drive pipeline growth across France and Southern Europe. Partnering with Strategic Account Executives, you’ll engage enterprise leaders to rethink operational workflows using Airtable and its new Hyperagent AI product. This is a high-impact role with a clear promotion path into enterprise sales.

What You Will Do
- Generate qualified enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and personalized outreach to high-impact accounts across the French market.
- Partner with Strategic Account Executives in Paris to map target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and develop ROI-driven hypotheses for AI-powered workflows.
- Conduct deep discovery conversations to identify customer pain points and articulate how Airtable’s platform solves complex operational challenges for Fortune 100 companies.
The ideal candidate
- Fluent French speaker with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or high-activity outbound roles.
- Proactive, metrics-driven professional with a track record of delivering results and a strong interest in becoming an AI-fluent seller.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller who can navigate complex enterprise organizations and engage a wide range of senior stakeholders.
