Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, independent Sales Development Representative to join a global professional services firm at the forefront of digital transformation. In this role, you will be the engine of our growth, engaging directly with CFOs and finance leaders across the DACH region to help them optimize their financial systems through AI-driven automation and ERP solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for a persistent, native German speaker who thrives in a structured outbound environment and wants to play a pivotal role in building a high-value sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, maintaining a baseline of 120+ calls per day
- Proactively identify, reach out to, and qualify leads to convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Master the value proposition of ERP, EPM, and automation solutions to engage prospects in meaningful business conversations
- Collaborate closely with the senior sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities
- Maintain rigorous data integrity and activity tracking within the company CRM
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, lead quality, and pipeline contribution

Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German (mandatory)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate complex business conversations
- Proven ability to work autonomously and maintain high activity levels in a remote, offshore setting
- A resilient, "hunter" mindset with a disciplined approach to daily cold calling
- Ability to work CET hours with flexibility to ensure core team overlap
Nice-to-Haves
- Proven track record of success in cold calling or business development roles
- Prior experience in SaaS, Fintech, or the professional services industry
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar modern CRM platforms
- Understanding of financial systems or ERP software (e.g., NetSuite)
