Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, fluent German speaker to join a well-established global B2B sales organization. In this role, you will act as a pivotal link between the team and its high-value clients, specifically focusing on the DACH region. This is a unique hybrid position that blends proactive sales development with sophisticated account management. You will be responsible for driving growth within an existing portfolio and ensuring a world-class service experience for clients within the engineering and SaaS sectors. Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and qualify upsell opportunities within a dedicated client base to drive revenue growth Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction Execute multi-channel outreach strategies using industry-leading tools like Salesloft and Salesforce Act as a subject matter expert for clients, particularly those within the engineering and technology industries Maintain a high volume of activity while ensuring meticulous data accuracy and pipeline management Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine processes and exceed collective KPIs

Requirements

Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English Based in the United Kingdom or Europe with the ability to work UK/CET timezones Proven experience in a sales, account management, or delivery-focused role Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving, structured environment Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to influence stakeholders Immediate availability to start (Target date: June 3rd) Prior experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR) within the SaaS or Engineering sectors Technical literacy or a background in engineering-related sales Previous experience in high-level customer service or client management
