Business Development Representative (Multiple)
Location: Hybrid Remote/Hertfordshire (2 office visits per month)
Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + excellent benefits

Clarify is recruiting for an established UK technology business who are looking for ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join its high-performing Demand Generation team.

The Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound activity.

You'll work alongside Sales and Marketing teams to execute campaigns, engage decision-makers, and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn and digital channels.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and nurture opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and maximise lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback on campaign performance.
- Consistently achieve pipeline generation and activity targets.
About You
We're looking for someone who is motivated, commercially aware and enjoys building relationships.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales Development or Demand Generation within a B2B environment.
- Experience selling software, technology, HR, payroll or enterprise solutions would be highly advantageous.
- A strong understanding of outbound prospecting and lead nurturing.
- Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering results.
