Graduate Business Development Representative Location: Reading, Berkshire (Office-Based, 5 Days Per Week) Salary: £35,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£70,000-£80,000+ OTE)

We're hiring ambitious graduates to join a growing international business as Graduate Business Development Representatives.
This is an opportunity to develop the skills, confidence, and commercial experience needed to build a successful long-term career in sales. You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the support needed to become a high-performing sales professional.
This role is designed for graduates and early-career professionals. It is not aimed at experienced sales professionals with several years of industry experience.
Instead, we're looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn, develop, and succeed.

The Opportunity As a Graduate Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential customers.
Responsibilities include: Researching and identifying prospective business customers Conducting outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Building relationships with senior decision-makers Qualifying opportunities and understanding customer needs Generating new business opportunities for the wider sales team Learning consultative sales and business development techniques Managing your own pipeline and activity levels Working towards individual and team performance targets

What We're Looking For We're interested in potential, attitude, and ambition rather than extensive sales experience. Ideal candidates will be: Recent graduates or individuals at the beginning of their careers Ambitious and motivated by career progression Confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people Resilient, driven, and target-oriented Eager to learn and develop professionally Competitive with a strong work ethic Organised and proactive in their approach
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sports, events, fundraising, or leadership positions is advantageous but not essential.
Please Note This is a full-time office-based role in Reading, requiring attendance in the office five days per week.
