We are growing our Sales Team and are looking for Business Development Representatives to drive significant growth for our company.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Generate new qualified opportunities for NSC
- Lead follow up and deal qualification
- Manage your own pipeline of target accounts
- Make an average of 70-100 calls a week (10-15 a day)
- Customize lead generation campaigns based on researching prospects to determine best suited positioning
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Prepare and run customer presentations with Pre-Sales Support
- Bring multi-year contracts to closure
- Share success stories and challenges to create faster learning for everyone
- Continue to refine and hone your prospecting skills

Qualifications
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Entrepreneurial discipline to take initiative, be creative, and have excellent follow thru
- Can maintain high activity volumes, and be accountable to goals and quotas
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Well versed in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Superior communication skills and a go-getter personality
- Comfortable with ambiguity; highly adaptable to new circumstances
- Natural curiosity to interface with others and ask questions
- Not easily intimidated and can confidently interact with all levels of an organization
- Thrive in fast-paced and high-energy environments and can think on their feet to rapidly understand and solve problems
