Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow our business by building strong partnerships with interior designers and design firms.

The role focuses on lead generation, specification selling, and long-term collaboration with the design community to drive revenue and brand presence.
Key Skills and Responsibilities of the Job
- Identify, approach, and onboard interior designers and design studios
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with interior designers for repeat business
- Promote company products/services for project specification and approvals
- Conduct product presentations, meetings, and design consultations
- Track ongoing projects from design stage to order closure
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain a strong pipeline of designer-led projects and report sales progress
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions
- Stay updated on design trends, market competitors, and client needs

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or related field
- Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (design/build industry preferred)
- Strong network or experience working with interior designers is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and relationship-oriented
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
