Core Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality sales opportunities within target accounts for the EMEA Enterprise Account Executive team through outbound calls, emails, and social media. Qualify opportunities with both existing and new accounts, managing ‘pool’ accounts and taking ownership of prospecting activity. Conduct high-level conversations with technical and business decision-makers to identify pains, objectives, and organisational impacts. Research and map prospective accounts’ organisational structure, key contacts, and existing technology, keeping Salesforce records accurate and up to date. Collaborate weekly with Account Executives for strategic account planning and with the Field Marketing team on messaging, customer needs, and ABM leads. Meet daily KPIs for call and email volume, and achieve monthly quotas for outbound meetings generated for Account Executives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales. A genuine interest in technology and the ability to learn and articulate technical information. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and repurpose sales and marketing copy for multiple personas. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience beneficial). Achievement-driven and motivated by performance rewards, with a desire to progress into an Account Executive or similar role.
