About WeArisma
WeArisma turns cultural data — what people watch, share, and talk about online — into decision-grade signal for global consumer brands and financial institutions. Our AI product, Aura, detects untagged brand content that competitor tools miss entirely, meaning our data arrives earlier, runs cleaner, and covers more ground than any social listening alternative on the market.
The Role
We're hiring an outbound BDR - someone who both hunts and reacts. You'll build pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling, including into US-based accounts.
- Open doors at new accounts across enterprise and mid-market, building real relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Partner closely with our Account Executives to book enterprise-level meetings and hand off qualified opportunities that turn into closed deals, joining their calls to learn how we pitch and close - with real opportunity to grow into that side of the business over time.
- Commission-eligible from day one, with earnings tied to meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and revenue you help bring in.
- This is a genuine opportunity to shape how a BDR function works at WeArisma - you won't be slotting into a rigid playbook, you'll be helping write it.
What You'll Do
- Outbound prospecting: build and work target account lists across our core segments (consumer brands, sports & media/IP rights, financial institutions), using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn as your core channels.
- Cold calling, including US prospects: comfortable picking up the phone and holding a confident, credible conversation with US-based marketing, comms, and insights leaders — timezone flexibility for US call windows is part of the role.
- Creative, data-led outreach: use WeArisma's own data and MCP tooling to build genuinely interesting hooks — surfacing a real signal about a prospect's brand, competitor, or category to open a conversation, rather than generic outreach.
- Cultural fluency as a sales tool: bring real point-of-view on social, influencer, and cultural trends to conversations — the goal is prospects genuinely wanting to know what the data shows, not just tolerating a pitch.
- Own your workflow: use AI tools as a default part of how you research, personalise, and sequence outreach — not as an occasional shortcut.
- Work closely with AEs and leadership on messaging, targeting, and what's converting so the whole motion improves over time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Experience
- Some professional experience in a sales, business development, recruitment, or client-facing commercial role — SDR/BDR background is a plus, but strong transferable experience (agency, account management, telesales) will be considered.
- Demonstrated comfort with cold calling and phone-based selling — this is not a role for someone who wants to hide behind email and LinkedIn.
- Experience or genuine appetite for working US-facing prospects.
A Great Candidate Will Have
- A hunter's mindset — you don't wait to be given a list; you build one. You treat a quiet pipeline as a problem to solve today, not next week.
- Genuine passion for the social, influencer, and cultural space — you follow this world outside of work and have real opinions about what's happening in it right now. This shows up naturally in how you talk to prospects.
- An uncompromising quality bar — you proofread, you don't send generic outreach, and you can point to outreach or work you scrapped because it wasn't good enough.
- Ownership without being chased — you follow up, you close the loop, and you flag problems before they become someone else's.
- Commercial instinct — you understand how your activity connects to pipeline and revenue, not just activity for its own sake.
- AI fluency or curiosity, in practice — you already use AI tools as part of your daily workflow. Point to a specific example of AI improving the quality of your outreach or research, not just the speed. Curiosity about automation (HubSpot workflows, n8n) is a plus.

Why WeArisma
- A genuinely differentiated product — Aura's untagged-content detection isn't marketing spin, it's a real technical moat clients notice.
- Named clients including Gucci/Kering, Campari, and L'Occitane already validate the pitch you'll be making.
- Real autonomy — you'll help shape this function, not just execute someone else's script.
- A team that uses AI thoughtfully, not performatively — you won't be fighting the culture to work the way you already want to work.
