Job Title

This position will be supported from a home office; location can be anywhere in the UK.

Maya HTT is also a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) for the Siemens PLM Software products, with a focus on CAE-based simulation and providing engineering services, including software training, migration, implementation, and custom development, along with consulting.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and bilingual Business Development Representative to help drive the growth across our digital transformation offerings, spanning Maya HTT-authored products, engineering services, and Siemens software. You will focus on creating new pipeline by identifying and engaging target accounts, opening doors for our technical and sales teams, and helping Maya HTT expand its reach in the market.

What To Expect As The Main Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation & Outbound Prospecting

  • Research and identify target accounts and personas within priority industries (engineering, manufacturing, industrial operations).
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to generate qualified discovery meetings.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders (technical and business) to uncover needs, initiatives, and timing.

Qualification & Handoff

  • Qualify opportunities and route high-quality meetings/opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives and internal technical teams to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified opportunities and strong meeting preparation.

Campaign Execution & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to support campaigns and ensure fast, consistent follow-up on inbound and campaign-generated leads.
  • Attend industry events or webinars to build relationships and represent Maya HTT.

Process & Data Discipline

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activity, interactions, and next steps in Salesforce.
  • Track progress against activity and pipeline goals; continuously improve messaging and outreach based on results.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fully bilingual (spoken and written) in English and French.
  • Strong interest in digital transformation, and cutting-edge technologies is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and prospecting platforms.
  • Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support, ideally within a technology, engineering, AI or industrial services environment, is an asset.
  • Solid prospecting skills and a pipeline-creation mindset.
  • Hunter mindset with a Challenger sales approach.
