Business Development Representative (BDR) — Remote | Regenerative Medicine | Base + Per-Meeting Booked

About us

We run a nationwide patient-acquisition network for regenerative-medicine clinics. We've built a vetted directory of top US stem-cell and regen clinics, and we're bringing them into our network one market at a time. Your job is to open those doors.

The role

This is a pure hunter seat. You'll work our curated clinic list — outbound only — and book qualified clinics onto intro calls with our founder, who runs the close. You prospect, you book, he closes. No full-cycle selling, no onboarding, no admin. You do one thing relentlessly: get quality meetings on the calendar.

  • Work our supplied clinic directory across cold call, email, and SMS, Linkedin, etc.
  • Keep a full pipeline of booked, qualified meetings that show up
  • Qualify for fit before booking — we pay on meetings that show, so quality is your incentive
  • Keep activity and notes clean in our CRM
  • Feed back on what's landing so we sharpen the outreach

What we're looking for

  • Outbound experience — you've cold-called into US businesses and can prove you booked meetings
  • Native or neutral-accent English with a confident US-phone presence — you get past gatekeepers without sounding like a script
  • Organized, self-managed, and comfortable with high daily call volume
  • Full US business-hours availability
  • Bonus: healthcare, medical, medspa, or high-ticket B2B background

What we provide

  • The lead list — you're not building it from scratch
  • Scripts, cadences, email/SMS templates, and the tech stack
  • A founder who closes the deals you book, so your booked meetings turn into revenue

Compensation

  • Base: $1200 USD/Month
  • Bonus: $50 per qualified meeting that shows — uncapped, plus a kicker on deals that close

Location

Remote. Open to international candidates with native/neutral English and full US business-hours overlap.
