Role Overview

We are currently looking for two Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join a dynamic team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales professionals to play a key role in driving growth within our client’s innovative company. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

This role offers a fantastic chance to showcase your sales talent and entrepreneurial flair, with considerable earning potential through a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions. The successful BDRs will be integral to expanding the company’s international reach, leveraging their language skills in German, Italian, or Spanish to build valuable client relationships.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as the Business Development Representative will be varied; however, the key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and outreach.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the company's services and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Work independently to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall growth objectives.
  • As the Business Development Representative, you will actively participate in client meetings and negotiations to close deals.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Business Development Representative, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

  • A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Languages).
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within tech or start-up environments.
  • Fluency in English along with proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish (Italian is preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with good organisational skills and entrepreneurial flair.
