Job Summary
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth UK technology startup at the ground floor. The team is revolutionizing the residential property market with Felicity, an industry-leading AI front desk solution that automates lead management for letting and estate agents. We are looking for a hungry, high-performing sales professional who wants more than just a standard BDR role. You will be a foundational member of the sales engine, directly impacting the company’s trajectory by bridging the gap between cold outreach and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end outbound sales cycle, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling.
- Identify and qualify high-value leads within the UK residential property sector.
- Book high-quality discovery calls and, as you progress, take ownership of product demos.
- Work closely with leadership to refine the sales playbook and go-to-market strategy.
- Manage and track all activity within the CRM to ensure a clean and scalable pipeline.
- Scale into a full-cycle role, eventually responsible for closing deals and hitting revenue targets.

Requirements
- Native or billingual English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in a BDR/SDR role within the PropTech or SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated history of high performance (we will look for specific data on quota attainment and rank within your sales class).
- Based in the UK with the ability to work GMT hours (9 am – 6 pm+).
- A self-starter mentality with the initiative to build processes from scratch in a pre-revenue environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Direct experience selling to UK letting and estate agents.
- Entrepreneurial background (e.g., having built a side project, business, or community).
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
- Expertise in delivering compelling virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
