Role Overview
As a BDR at Supy, you'll be the first touchpoint for prospects across the UK. Your mission will be to generate qualified meetings by reaching out to restaurants, bars, and hospitality groups, sparking interest, and building relationships. This is a unique opportunity for someone target-driven, energetic, and eager to grow in SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify target accounts within the hospitality and F&B sector.
- Execute high-quality outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.

Qualification & Discovery
- Engage leads to uncover pain points, needs, and fit for Supy.
- Book meetings that meet the Sales Qualified Appointment (SQA) criteria.
- Keep CRM data accurate and updated.

Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with the commercial team to support the launch and growth of the market.
- Share market feedback, prospect insights, and learnings with leadership, product, and partnerships teams.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or other relevant customer-facing roles across the hospitality sector.
- Confident in outbound prospecting and speaking with new clients.
- Energetic, resilient, and motivated by targets and growth.
- Highly organized and comfortable using technology and digital tools.
- Strong interest in SaaS, tech, or commercial roles.

Preferred Attributes
- Previous experience or traineeship in SDR/BDR, customer-facing, or outbound sales role is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Outgoing, conversational, and naturally confident in building rapport.
- Presentable, easygoing, and able to lead engaging conversations.
- Curious and excited by the opportunity to help launch a new market.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high level of ownership.
