We're recruiting on behalf of an innovative UK business at the forefront of low-carbon construction materials. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive the adoption of pioneering cement technologies that support the construction industry's transition to Net Zero.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial growth of a revolutionary low-carbon cement solution, supporting its expansion across selected regions of the UK and Ireland. This innovative circular technology delivers more than 50% lower carbon emissions than traditional Portland cement, offering a practical route to more sustainable construction.
Working closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, ready-mix producers and precast manufacturers, you'll help bring next-generation building materials into mainstream construction projects while developing long-term commercial relationships across the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across assigned UK territories.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consulting engineers, contractors, ready-mix producers and precast manufacturers.
- Promote the benefits of innovative low-carbon cement technologies to key industry stakeholders.
- Identify and support specification opportunities from concept through to project delivery.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial colleagues to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Represent the business at industry events, customer meetings and technical presentations.
- Contribute to the continued growth of a market-leading sustainable construction solution.
About You
We're looking for a dynamic, commercially driven business development professional who enjoys building relationships and creating new opportunities.
You'll Ideally Have
- Experience in business development, technical sales or specification sales within construction, building materials or a related sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to travel across your territory.
- A genuine interest in sustainability, innovation and the future of construction.
